SkyWatcher’s Star Adventure Tripod is a simple tripod that’s primarily designed for mounting your Star Adventurer (miniature equatorial mount) on top of.  The adjustable, aluminum tripod has  lockable joints, extending between 63.5cm (25″) to 113.66cm (44.75″). The legs can be locked in an open position and it comes with an accessory tray. It’s designed to mount the Star Adventurer Latitude Equatorial Base. The 3/8″ threads on bolt on the top of the tripod are also compatible with the tripod heads from the SkyWatcher AZ-GT series and AZ5 mounts,  as well as a variety of other tripod heads and accessories with a 3/8″ connection.
